Our Story
We are a home based gluten free bakery in Colleyville Texas. We started the bakery to address the need for delicious gluten free baked goods for people suffering from celiac disease and gluten sensitivity. My wife suffers from celiac so we understand how critical this need is as well as what happens when people with celiac get “glutened” by places and products that claim they are gluten free but are not.
Our Baked Goods
We work hard to modify and create recipes that are gluten free so that the end result is something that tastes so delicious you would never know it is gluten free. Our baked goods are enjoyed equally by those who need to be on a gluten free diet as well as those that just like the taste of our baked goods.
